WTB obd-2 gsr swap

Anyone know a place that can get a obd-2 gsr swap? IDK anyone over here that can get one. The guy that needs is swaping into a 99 EX. Not really looking for a place on the net in california or japan im looking for one real close. Thanks for anything you might know.

thank you. Im really trying to find one that someone has on them and doesnt need. Guy im swaping it for has 2k-3k cash at the moment to buy one. If at possible trying to get it done by the 29th of this month.

I have an OBD1 GSR short block i'm for sale. Let me know if your friend is interested. Does your friend plan on doing any power mods at all? if so...an OBD1 motor would be more beneficial if he does more than the typical intake, header, and exhaust set up.

Thanks for the help guys but we found a great motor. I finished it last night. B18C5 block, CTR pistons, Gsr head, Gsr tranny, B17A cams. Bought 100% swap for 2400 legit. Should put out some crazy compression and make the 99 EX a serious runner. I used the 99 EX, D16Y8 wiring and a ECU x-over to a chipped P-28, Had to swap the housings on the dizzy becuase the gsr dizzy was obd-1. All runs perfect. thanks again.
